Global Institute of Property Studies uses a self-paced blended model of teaching that combines both physical and online classes. This allows for flexibility in your schedules to enable you to balance between studying and personal work.

Do I get an accredited certificate after the course?
Global Institute of Property Studies is currently pursuing partnerships with various organizations and entities such as the National Council for Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Green Building Council, International Finance Corporation (IFC) University of Cape Town, among others.
