Global Institute of Property Studies (GIPS) recently concluded a highly impactful two-day training program for the team at Fakhruddin Properties, focusing on “Digital Marketing Mastery & Ethical Excellence in Real Estate.” Held at the Fakhruddin Offices, the training was designed to strengthen participants’ digital marketing capabilities while reinforcing the importance of ethical practices in the real estate sector.
Day 1 was centered around equipping participants with practical tools to excel in online property marketing. Sessions covered digital marketing strategy development, content planning across platforms, performance analytics, and how to build a professional on-camera presence. The afternoon was hands-on, delving into property photography and videography techniques — a critical skill set for today’s competitive market.
Day 2 transitioned into the core of ethical excellence. GIPS instructors facilitated deep conversations and activities around real estate ethics, fiduciary duties, compliance with local and international regulations, and responsible communication. The day concluded with a highly engaging ethical case studies workshop where participants applied theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Delivered by leading faculty including Dr. Racheal Mirembe-Arinaitwe, Mr. Dan Nviri Kayongo, and Mr. Emmanuel Makobi for photography practicals, the training emphasized a balance of technical skill and moral responsibility. Participant feedback highlighted the clarity of delivery, interactive sessions, and the practical applicability of what was learned.
Certificates of Attendance were issued to all participants, and the GIPS team extended their appreciation to Fakhruddin for their commitment to professional development.
At GIPS, we remain dedicated to transforming real estate education in Uganda and beyond. We look forward to more partnerships that raise the bar for professionalism in the industry.
